FAQ's

Q : Can I pay by credit card?
A : Yes you may pay by credit card, we are currently awaiting an online credit card payment system. In the meantime you can call us and pay over the telephone.

Q : Do you offer after sales service?
A : Yes certainly ! After sales service is a big part of our Business plan

Q : What is your delivery time?
A : We aim to have our delivery time on a next day basis, but if we dont have the item in stock it could take a couple of days. We use Business Post courier and Royal mail

Q : Will my pesonal details be held securley?
A : All details taken will not by any means be passed onto a third party. All details taken are used for the purchase and then destroyed.

Q : Am I able to purchase fuel to be shipped to me?
A : Yes, you are able to purchase fuel. At the moment we are only able to ship 4 Gallon of Prosynth via City Link next day service. Due to fuel being a hazardous substance P+P is £8.00 this will ensure your fuel is in a protective box from spillages.

Q : How long does it take to get a Krill aircraft?
A : Krill aircraft are custom build for each customer. Standard schemes like the base colours take around a week to make, and will be shipped around a week. Delivery time from Krill is around a few days and are shipped by TNT Couriers.
